Privacy Notice
This website is operated by POS Plus Plus LLC ("we", "us"). It is a company information page about our products, Singularity POS and Fresensure. This notice explains the limited information involved in visiting it. Each product has its own privacy policy, linked below, which governs the product itself.
1. What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no browser local storage or session storage.
- It loads no analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts.
- It has no forms or accounts, and collects nothing you type.
- It makes no third-party requests. Fonts, images, and styles are served from posplusplus.com itself.
Because there is no non-essential storage or tracking, the site does not show a cookie banner and there is nothing to opt in or out of.
2. Hosting records
The site is delivered through Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront) in the United States. Serving any web page necessarily exposes technical details of the request to the hosting provider, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser and device type. Where access or security logs are kept, we use them only to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect against abuse. They are not combined with any other information about you and are not used for marketing.
3. Email
If you write to contact@posplusplus.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use it to reply and handle your request, and keep it as long as needed for that purpose, for our records, and as required by law. Please send only the information needed for your question.
4. Links to our products and other sites
This page links to singularitypos.com and fresensure.com. Those sites and apps have their own policies, which apply once you follow a link:

5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our hosting provider processes request data on our behalf. We may disclose information we hold if required by law, to protect people or our rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to equivalent privacy protections.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, or to complain to your local data-protection authority. Because this site collects almost nothing, such requests will usually concern email you have sent us. Contact contact@posplusplus.com; we may need to verify your identity.
7. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. Changes
If we add forms, analytics, or any third-party service to this site, we will update this notice and its effective date first, and add any consent controls the law requires.
